Sydney Elise Johnson is an actress who can be seen in the CBS series The Equalizer and the NBC series Law & Order: SVU. She also appears in Run the World on STARZ and plays a leading role in the BET feature Running Out of Time, which is currently streaming on all services, including Netflix and Amazon. While earning her BFA in Acting from Emerson College, Sydney trained at London Shakespeare’s The Globe, The National Theatre Institute, Matt Newton Studios, HB Studios and many more while also delving in other developing other skills like directing and producing plays such as Fefu and her Friends and Chekhovs' Three Sisters. Sydney is represented by Stewart Talent.
